Patrick Klingler is IT Innovation Manager at Daimler AG with focus on data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He drives Daimler’s transformation towards a data driven organization by implementing state-of-the-art machine learning products and democratizing AI as a tool.
After completing his studies of IT Management, Patrick entered Daimler AG in 2015 through a leadership program for high-potentials. Since then, he was responsible for several AI-based innovation projects at different business functions like Production, Social Media or Research and Development in different regions like Stuttgart and Silicon Valley. He is mainly responsible for technology scouting, identification of business potentials for AI as well as the development and management of AI products. Since 2017, he works at the Enterprise Architecture & Innovation department at Daimler’s IT function in Stuttgart. He is responsible for data and AI in order to enable a distributed data architecture and the provisioning of data products at Daimler.
