REMOTE RELEASE PLANNING IN A SCALED-AGILE PROCESS – AN EXPERIENCE REPORT
Date & Time: 28 MAY 2020, 17:00 - 17:45 CEST
Speaker: Sacha Reis, ista International GmbH.
What This Webinar is About
Since more than five years, ista has been developing its internal IT products with a scaled-agile approach based on SAFe. Part of the process is the joint planning of a release with all involved development teams. Close cooperation and communication are essential factors for success.
In the current situation with COVID-19, joint planning in a physical release planning event is not possible. In order not to restrict development, other ways and adjustments to the existing process are required.
This webinar presents an experience report that shows how ista executed the last release planning event as part of the SAFe approach in a complete remote way. It is discussed how and with which tools the event was supported. Finally, some learnings are presented.
