What This Webinar is About

B2B customers of software and software-intensive products usually expect options how they can adjust the software to their specific needs. Vendors have to offer this kind of tailorability in their products if they want to be successful. In this session, a classification of tailorability options is introduced and the business implications and consequences are discussed from a vendor and a customer perspective.
