However, AI technologies can support product management decisions in even more substantial ways: AI-powered software can identify concepts and their relationships in large amounts of unstructured data, such as support tickets or customer conversations. These insights obtained by the AI help product managers to understand the “real why” behind user behavior and customer requirements.

About SPEAKERS
Tim Rietz is from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, who developed an intelligent chatbot to perform automated user interviews, and AI-driven qualitative analysis to extract concepts and recurring themes from large amounts of raw interview data. This way, customer insights for new product development can be generated at scale.
Tommi Tallgren is from aiwo.ai, presenting how AI-driven, qualitative analysis of customer communication creates unbiased customer insights, even for products with millions of customers or users. These insights are used to let the “Voice of the Customer” steer iterative product development processes.
