We are thrilled to present the Seventh edition of Software Product Management Summit, a joint initiative of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and ISPMA. Our event promises an exceptional line-up of distinguished speakers and outstanding contributions.

 We invite you to become a valuable part of our Industry Track, where you can share your invaluable insights and experiences in the field of product management.

This event will take place as an in-person gathering, fostering meaningful interactions and knowledge exchange.

Call for Contributions:

We are seeking contributions from Software Product Management professionals in the form of presentations, case studies, and workshops. Topics may include:

1. Navigating the evolving product landscape: Impact of emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and the metaverse on product development and go-to-market strategies.

2.  Addressing the Challenges of scale in Product Management (as products achieve widespread adoption and scale exponentially): Topics such as scaling Product Strategy, managing complexity, ensuring user experience and quality at scale, data driven decision making at scale.

3. Building Successful Products for Today's Market: (Industry leaders who have successfully launched and scaled  innovative products would have gained valuable insights into their strategies for market research, product roadmap   development, and go-to-market execution).

4. Visionaries of the Future, Shaping the Next Decade of Innovation: Perspectives on the future of innovation, including potential breakthroughs, societal shifts, and the role of humanity in shaping the future.

5. The Human Element: Essential Soft Skills for Product Leadership Success: (Topics such as influencing without authority, storytelling, driving innovation and leadership presence).

Potential topics are not limited to the list above and other exciting contributions will also be considered. Accepted speakers will be intimated and invited as a speaker.
