In this session, I will do a 15-20 minute presentation on Customer Discovery in B2B Product Management. Then, attendees will go through 3 workshop sessions to practice hands-on Customer Discovery using B2B Personas, Defining Customer Segments using Product Canvas and finally, Story Mapping & Roadmapping techniques (Now, Next, Later...) to build a Product Roadmap based on defined Customers and Customer Segments.
