Story-telling has been one of the oldest and probably the most effective mode of communication. It structures the information that gives strategic clarity to the product mangers. It also brings focus to the customers who are the real hero of the story. Story-telling helps articulate the product value proposition by identifying the right problem and guiding the user to solve it. Software product management methodologies can benefit by borrowing some elements of the story telling techniques.

Currently, as part of Infosys, Finacle, Sunil closely works with the startup ecosystem in banking. He has an active interest in the incubation of new solutions in banking space.
