To remain relevant in an ever-evolving competitive landscape, we need to be continuously improving our products’ offering in an innovative way. But how do we become innovative? Is innovation something that we can introduce in our product improvement process?
Product, Design & Engineering teams are the backbone of many software organizations — together, they are responsible for building products that add value to their users. In this talk, I walk through some learnings and best practices of how we can become better innovators by combining the strengths in the skill sets of engineers, designers and product managers. I will also be sharing some common pitfalls as well as some of my own past mistakes.

Luke has a BSC in ICT from the University of Malta and a BSC in Economics & Finance from the University of London. He started his career as a software engineer, then moved into delivery management, carrying out and managing software implementations in NHS hospitals in the UK, and has now been working in product for the past 2 years.
