"Discovery and Delivery through Product IntelliGenAI framework" by Ramkumar Arumugam, Swiggy

The adoption of Generative AI, a revolutionary technology is now widespread and has started reshaping industries and functions by automating and augmenting human efforts to a large extent. Product Management traditionally leverages PM's competencies and skill sets like (not limited to) product thinking, product strategy, discovery, cross-functional collaborations, analytical skills, writing PRDs, PR-FAQs, delivery and product GTM and has never been about leveraging AI tools extensively. But, the time has come now.

Product managers now have GenAI tools, plug and play LLM models at their disposals which can automate and augment in their endeavours of creating products and greatly reduce the go to market time. PMs can also now leave some of the "do" tasks like creation of PRDs, user stories, wireframes, roadmaps to the GenAI tools which can do it in no time and PMs can spend time in reviewing and make corrections. The LLM models can be used to identify deep dependencies in the Product Requirement Documents across organisations in no time. PMs can leverage design to code tools to instantly convert high fidelity wireframes to code templates that can be consumed by engineering teams. PMs can now leverage GenAI powered personalizations to connect with consumers at deeper level, be it tailoring product recommendations, campaigns or providing support thereby improving consumer loyalty and growth. PMs can now ask questions to GenAIs tools instead of writing / learnings SQLs to gain insights on product feedback. PMs now can leverage GenAI to analyse vast amount of unstructured data, customer feedback, social media data to gain insights to customer preferences and demand patterns. The GenAI helps product managers to focus on higher-value activities like strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, enabling faster and more efficient innovation.

Adopting a GenAI framework with relevant tools and models can provide higher levels of abstraction to product managers to step into the future, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to drive growth and gain a competitive edge. It is extremely vital to build GenAI into the product managers skill sets to maximise productivity and be future ready.

Key Learnings:

The audience will be able to appreciate and understand how GenAI can augment their product management career.
1) Leverage ChatGPT and Google Bard to learn product discovery techniques.
2) Use GenAI tools to automate things like creating roadmap, generate wireframes through context and text inputs.
3) Use GenAI framework to create vision document, product requirement document from product strategy and consumer insights.
4) Use prompt engineering to create PRDs with user stories from PRFAQ, Strategy and design mocks as inputs
5) Create digital designs through GenAI tools (DALL-E) and covert them to code templates for engineering teams to consume
6) Gain efficiency and reduce cycle time in product GTM through quick insights by leveraging GenAI tools.
