Sjaak Brinkkemper is a full Professor at the Institute of Information and Computing Sciences of Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Before, he was a consultant at the Vanenburg Group and a Chief Architect at Baan. Before Baan, he held academic positions at the University of Twente and the University of Nijmegen, both in the Netherlands. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Nijmegen. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Requirements Engineering Journal, the Journal of Database Management, and the Journal of Information and e-Business Management.
