Ravi Venkatesan is a business leader, social entrepreneur and author who has spent 30 years leading organizations and engineering large-scale transformations across multiple industries. He has served as Chairman of Microsoft India, Cummins India and Bank of Baroda and as a board member and cochair of Infosys. Ravi currently serves on the Board of Hitachi Ltd and the Global Advisory Board of ServiceNow.

Capt. Raman has led across three demanding leadership environments—the military, corporate sector, and government. His career spans the command-driven culture of the Armed Forces, incentive-led organisations such as Mahindra and Reliance, and the process-heavy world of government. He has founded and led companies, including complex global joint ventures, and was handpicked by the Government of India as the founding CEO of the National Intelligence Grid, created after the 26/11 attacks.

Gopalkrishnan has been a corporate leader for 58 years: 31 in Unilever, 18 in Tata, and over a decade as an author and commentator. He served in Jeddah as Chairman of Unilever Arabia, in Bangalore as Managing Director of Brooke Bond Lipton and Vice Chairman of Hindustan Lever, and as director of Tata Sons.
