With over a decade of experience consulting on best practices in product, portfolio, and project management; Curtis has worked with some of the largest organizations in the world helping refine their business processes using digital tools to enable those processes. With a wealth of experience in new product development of physical and connected products, he relishes the opportunity to bring learnings from some of the most innovative global companies into the digital product space. More recently, Curtis has been focused on providing global visibility of these organization’s entire catalog of products and providing comprehensive analytics to allow these organizations make the right decisions at the right time.

Having previously written and presented at other Product-focused conference on subjects such as Project Baselining and Prioritization, Curtis is currently focused on helping product and portfolio managers define and ideate on issues and opportunities faced across their organizations.
