Shreya Krishnan is the Managing Director of AnitaB.org India, with nearly two decades of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, and CSR. A changemaker across tech, inclusion, and the arts, she chairs the Policy Advocacy Committee for UNESCO’s Women for Ethical AI (South Asia). She has worked across industries with corporates and startups, including Aon, First Advantage, CoreObjects, and Wooqer, and founded her firm – Onyx Communications.

She is a certified NLP Practitioner and Gestalt Master Therapist, as well as a POSH trainer and convenor. Her work blends leadership, mindfulness, and advocacy, especially in the areas of gender sensitivity and inclusive workplaces. She co-authored Words Matter: The Language That Girls Need to Speak, a book focused on empowering young women through vocabulary.

Shreya has been recognized with several national and international accolades, including the 40 Under 40 Wah Story Spotlight Award (2024), Global Woman Leader (2023), and Brand Leadership Award by TIMES Network (2017). She has also been listed among the Top 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders and the Top 50 Most Talented Corporate Communications Leaders in India.

She has long been committed to causes concerning the environment, women’s empowerment, and child welfare. She has worked with organizations such as Greenpeace, UNEP, Samarthanam, and Rainbow Homes.

Outside her professional life, Shreya is a published poet and author, a trained dancer in over 37 styles, and an awarded theatre artist and choreographer. She has anchored over 1,500 events and runs a sustainable fashion blog called DramaRani. Her interests include cinema, writing, travel, and theatre – all of which enrich her storytelling and leadership.
