Rishi’s 26+ software R&D career spans multiple domains, including enterprise & mobility, e-commerce, industrial IoT and Higher Education products and solutions, leading global teams in North America, Europe, India and Asia Pacific. He spent the first 16 years of his career in silicon valley, working for Oracle, Sybase and SAP. He returned to India with Amazon, leading development teams in Payments and then helping to set up the Amazon.in engineering team in bangalore. At GE transportation (now Wabtec) he led teams works on embedded and cloud-based IoT solutions. He is presently Sr. VP , Global Solutions R&D at Ellucian, building and delivering Higher Ed SaaS solutions for the global market. He also serves as the country head for Ellucian India, driving growth, innovation and DEI initiatives across the organization.
