Customer Centric Approach to Product Management by Frank Stockx, COO ING Benelux

Frank Stockx (1969) was appointed in the executive team of ING Belgium in January 2011, first as Chief Information Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer as of mid 2013. In this role, he is one of the driving forces of ING’s transformation to deliver an unbeatable customer experience via one banking platform in the Benelux.

In addition to his executive role at ING, Frank has various non-executive roles in various interbank & fintech companies such as Bancontact Payconiq, Isabel, Joyn and Belgian Mobile ID.

Frank joined ING in 1994 and has occupied a variety of roles in both Retail & Wholesale Banking, Operations & IT in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to joining the executive level at ING Belgium, he led the domestic transformation program in Belgium between 2007 & 2010.
