RESEARCH TRACK- CALL FOR PAPERS
The Centre for Software and Information Technology Management (CSITM) at IIM Bangalore and the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA) have co-hosted the Software Product Management Summit in India since 2019. The 2027 edition will feature keynote addresses, interactive workshops, panel discussions, fireside chats, a student case competition, demonstrations of industry best practices, and success stories from software product management.
The Research Track is a defining part of the SPM Summit, connecting academic inquiry with industry practice. Building on last year’s gathering at IIM Bangalore, which brought together academicians from across India, we invite scholars, researchers, and educators to contribute original work that advances the theory and practice of software product management. The track provides a forum to exchange findings, share experiences, and strengthen collaboration across the product ecosystem.
This year’s theme, “Redefine Product Management for the agentic era- Deliver Enterprise scale ROAI (Return on AI)”, reflects our shared commitment to advancing product management as a discipline, as a driver of innovation, and as a catalyst for national growth.
