Vishal Kumar is an award-winning Founder, AI Strategist, and Product Leader who bridges ambitious business goals with cutting-edge technology. He is the Founder & CEO of Quantana, a digital product design and AI consulting firm recently recognized as the Best AI Services Provider.

His unique perspective is shaped by a truly global upbringing. Born to diplomats in Germany and raised across Algeria, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and India, Vishal learned early on how to adapt to new environments and bridge different ways of thinking. Combined with his professional career in Australia, this background allows him to jump into almost any industry or domain and find a clear path forward.

Since founding Quantana in 2018, Vishal has scaled the company into a 97-member powerhouse spanning product design, engineering, and digital marketing. Under his leadership, the firm builds AI-powered platforms for industries such as insurance, pharma, and education, with a sharp focus on turning complex ideas into scalable, intuitive products.

Beyond building products, Vishal is a prolific educator who has trained over 10,000 professionals in the core pillars of modern innovation: Design Thinking, AI, and Storytelling. Previously, he drove over AUD 20 million in sales as a Strategic Account Manager in Sydney and Brisbane and led competitive intelligence programs in Bangalore.

🎓 An alumnus of IIM Bangalore (PGP 2012), he holds a B.Tech in IT and has completed Design Thinking at UC Berkeley. He is also certified in Digital Transformation (UNSSC) and Machine Learning Strategy.

Known for demystifying AI and agent architectures, Vishal splits his time between Brisbane and Hyderabad. Outside work, he enjoys singing, playing guitar, and teaching the next generation of tech and design leader
