N Balachandar, fondly known as Bala, is an energetic and courageous leader with extensive multi industry and multi country experience. Known for his deep expertise in people & performance, he pairs strong business acumen with a growth- driven mindset. Bala has a passion for ideation, incubation and scaling new ventures and he enjoys partnering closely with entrepreneurs to build high performing teams and accelerate business growth.
He actively learns and stays ahead of emerging trends by being on Boards, Advisory Boards, Knowledge Commissions and active involvement in the Venture-capital ecosystem. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quickleap Management Consultants. His engagements include - being an Advisor & Venture Partner at Kalaari Capital and working with Founders who are actively scaling up His prior corporate experience includes, working with entrepreneurs and building Ola Electric, Coffee Day Group and Strides Arcolab. Prior to which he was in HR leadership roles at GE Healthcare and GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and Asian Paints. Bala has an MS in Industrial Management from IIT Madras. While not working he enjoys photography, traveling and cooking. Bala served NHRD in multiple roles over many years and was President of Bangalore Chapter between 2015-2017.
