Srinivas Sampath (Srini) is a seasoned GCC leader with close to three decades of experience in building, scaling and transforming global technology and product organizations. With deep expertise in organizational design, governance models, and cross-functional team leadership, Srinivas has consistently enabled GCCs to evolve from execution hubs to business enablers. His leadership approach emphasizes high-performance team culture, innovation and value-creation mindset, product and domain ownership, and alignment with global business priorities. Recently recognized as a GCC Leader of the Year in R&D and Site Leadership by the Leadership Federation, Srinivas brings a unique blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and people-centric leadership. Srinivas currently works as Vice President R&D and Site Leader for Upland India, a fully owned subsidiary of Upland Software Inc., USA, a publicly traded software product company. Upland India was started in 2022 as a fully remote GCC and Srini was involved in building the teams ground-up. Upland India supports more than a dozen products from the Upland portfolio in their full SDLC cycle and continues to organically scale its operations.
