Nayeema is a global GBS leader with over 24 years of experience across FMCG, reinsurance, IT services, and the banking industry. She has successfully built and led large-scale Global Business Services (GBS) teams and brings strong international experience, having lived and worked in Switzerland and Boston. She strongly believes in the power of collective thinking and thrives in inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environments.
Currently, Nayeema serves as the Global Head of Finance Operations and Centre Head at Sinch Cloud Communications, where she drives the organization’s technology strategy and leads global finance operations. Prior to joining Sinch, she headed the Global Capability Centre at Kraft Heinz and served as a board member for the Kraft Heinz India legal entity. Before Kraft Heinz, she led Finance Operations at AB InBev, providing strategic partnership to the CFO organization in Europe from the company’s GCC in Bangalore. Nayeema has also held senior leadership roles at Swiss Re, State Street, Juniper Networks, Tesco, and Sun Microsystems, experiences that have shaped her into an agile,
versatile, and highly respected leader. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, and yoga.
